“Before coaching with Brittany, I struggled with managing stress and maintaining balance in my life. I felt like I was constantly in survival mode, overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and unsure how to find peace amidst the chaos.

By setting a 20-minute timer for each meal and dedicating an hour daily to movement—including playing with my kids—I developed healthier habits that felt natural and sustainable by prioritizing myself first.

2. I experienced a significant decrease in mom guilt and found myself yelling less at my children. I gained confidence in my role as a mother by staying present with my kids and clearing the mental clutter, which allowed me to truly enjoy the happiness that surrounds me.

3. As a travel nurse frequently assigned to four-hour shifts away from home, Brittany helped me balance my demanding career with managing my household, supporting my husband, and caring for my children and myself —without feeling like I was letting anyone down and especially myself. This balance enabled me to pursue my professional ambitions while honoring my personal dreams.
